A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 36 hours, a match is abandoned without a result, or there has been a clear error in the odds published due to a technical fault. Void bets are returned to your account balance within 24 hours of the void decision.
In-play betting markets on live cricket and other sports are subject to brief suspension periods between deliveries, overs or key match events. TD777 Game reserves the right to suspend or close a live market at any time. Bets placed and confirmed before a market is suspended stand; any pending bets at the moment of suspension are cancelled and stakes returned.
Maximum single-event payout limits apply and vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before you confirm any wager. TD777 Game reserves the right to limit the bet size of any individual player at its discretion.

In the unlikely event of a technical disruption mid-game, the round will be cancelled and your stake returned to your account. TD777 Game does not accept responsibility for interrupted sessions caused by the player's own internet connection, device or browser.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. Where an account is closed for breach of terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not linked to any breach will be returned through the original payment method after investigation is complete.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let us know so we can apply appropriate self-exclusion measures.
